Mostly I do onsite photos. As you can see from my work, we shoot at the field. Usually a whole club will book me for one day. I set up my boot, and have several visual poses they can look at and choose from. If they are wanting to do a certain pose, they can absolutely do that! I am all for creativity. Be sure to speak to your athlete to ensure the pose they pick is a good one for you.
Dislcaimers: I try my very best to keep the background as clean as possible. Keeping in mind we are at the soccer complex, it is a little difficult at times to ensure that people do not walk behind us so I try my very best in these situations. I also ensure I get as genuine a smile as I can from your little one. I never ask them to do something they are uncomfortable with. For example I show them several poses they can do, and offer for them to pick the one they want to do the most, but if a child is uncomfortable uncrossing their arms, I don’t push it. I want them to have the very best experience with me that they can. Since I let the athletes choose their poses, please be sure to talk to your child so that you are on the same page.
