A Creative Senior Session for the Class of 2025 – Celebrating Kaydence
By Afton Lewis – Photographer
Every senior session has its own story — and Kaydence’s was one of the most uniquely creative, heartfelt sessions I’ve had the honor to photograph.
From the very beginning, she brought her full self into this shoot — her passions, her talents, and her artistic soul. Kaydence is a 2025 graduate who is not only smart and kind, but also wildly creative. She came prepared with her guitar, her choir dress, and her well-loved painter’s palette — a beautiful reflection of who she is.
We began the session at the local library, a perfect setting for someone who values imagination and quiet inspiration. As Kaydence strummed her guitar between shots, the moment felt still and genuine — like stepping into a scene from her own story.
Then she changed into her elegant choir dress, representing her years of dedication to music and performance. You could see the pride in her eyes — it was more than just a dress; it was a symbol of her journey and the voice she’s spent years developing.
When she pulled out her painter’s palette — colorful, bold, and a little messy (just like creativity should be!) — everything clicked. Kaydence wasn’t just showing what she does — she was showing who she is. And that kind of authenticity is where the magic happens.
We ended the session at the river, where the evening light danced off the water and Kaydence truly came alive. Barefoot and smiling, she seemed at peace, ready for the next chapter, and grounded in who she’s become.
🎓 Kaydence, Class of 2025 — Keep Creating, Keep Shining
Kaydence, thank you for letting me capture this season of your life. You’re a reminder that creativity, confidence, and heart go such a long way. Your photos tell a story far beyond graduation — they capture the essence of who you are right now, on the edge of everything ahead.
To the rest of the Class of 2025: Let your session reflect you. Whether it’s guitars, paintbrushes, sports gear, or books — bring the parts of yourself that matter most. That’s where the real beauty lives.
Let’s create something that celebrates the real, unfiltered, you.
